When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, and the message you send us. When you join the Aligned & Becoming Talent Network, information you provide (such as your background, skills, and experience) is collected and processed through Manatal, our third-party recruiting platform, not through this website directly.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential candidate fit for employer searches, and communicate with you about opportunities or services relevant to what you've shared with us. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond these.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, to anyone, for any reason. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Talent Network information is processed through Manatal, our recruiting platform provider, solely to operate the candidate search and placement process. Employer contact form submissions may be shared internally within Aligned & Becoming to respond to and act on your inquiry.
How long we keep it
We retain the information you provide for as long as it's relevant to an active or potential search, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@alignedandbecoming.net.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share with us, including restricting database access and using secure transmission for all form submissions.
